Position Summary:
Manages and/or administers one or more company programs. Provides oversight, governance, communication, training, reporting as well as having oversight for the overall process and project management for the assigned program(s). Manages the program budget, which may include developing and presenting the budget proposal.
100% onsite, 25% Travel California Wide.
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
California Minimum: $81,000.
California Maximum: $121,000.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide program manager support to Gas Transmission Project Management Org.
- Develop key metrics, identifying efficiencies, analyzing and summarizing data to drive leadership decisions.
- Support Workstream Manager in workstream that conducts 300+ Million dollars’ worth of work annually.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years total experience
Desired:
- PMP Certification
- Project or program management experience
- Experience in Gas utility maintenance and construction. 3 years engineering experience
