Department Overview
The Cash Management group within Treasury executes banking operations and financing transactions in support of PG&E's capital and liquidity requirements; assists the Director of Treasury Operations and Treasurer in managing the company's relationships with the financial community; and maintains sufficient liquidity through effective cash management practices.

The Treasury Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Cash Management.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office one or two times a week, on average, or based on business needs.
PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity,specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Job Responsibilities
- Support daily treasury operations including wire payments, bank account management, user access, positive pay, and servicing of securitization bonds
- Own Sarbanes Oxley compliance testing for multiple departments within Treasury
- Provide support in managing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external bank service providers
- Responsible for opening/closing/modifying bank accounts when needed and any bank services.
- Prepare management reporting related to and administration of PG&E’s financing obligations
- Assist with administration of credit facilities
- Assist the accounting team with any transactional questions for accounting close and any other month end reporting needs.
- Participate in meetings with banking partners to learn and incorporate market insights into team decisions
- Assist in streamlining processes and procedures across the organization, including identifying opportunities through new technologies and/or financial products
- Establish, maintain, or terminate bank services - which includes analyzing services and reducing costs
- SharePoint administrator
- Owner of the Banking email inbox
- Manage all KYC requests by the banks
- Special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business-related discipline; or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of treasury operations experience
