Job Summary
Schedules and manages airplane, helicopter and UAV flying schedule for all aviation operations at PG&E. This includes scheduling flights using an electronic platform, revising and canceling of flights, working with external vendors according to weather, customer, coworker requests, government regulations. Advises the appropriate personnel of potential delays or cancellations. Verifies work completed and manages invoices and accounting associated with contracts. Participates in department safety management system. Provides clerical and administrative support to the department manager or director, including data management and reporting. Rotates on call for storm or emergency response.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland General Office once per week and based on business needs.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $55,000
Bay Area Maximum: $83,000
Job Responsibility
• Documents and reports the revision and/or cancellation of airplane, helicopter, or UAV flights.
• Provides administrative support to aviation services management including answering phones, handling written and oral correspondence, ordering office supplies, coordinating, or tracking training, inputting and maintaining data/information into information systems and applications.
• Prepares invoices, purchase orders, and/or expense reports; prepares monthly chargeback financials; and maintains files, including federal regulatory requirements and pilot currency.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by higher job level Aircraft Schedulers and/or aviation services management
Qualifications
Minimum
• High School diploma or GED
• One (1) year of related experience
