PG&E PowerPathway™ Schedule
Below is a list of Signature and Affinity programs. Please note, the schedule is tentative and subject to change throughout the year. PowerPathway™ programs may vary throughout the PG&E service territory based on line of business demand and targeted locations. PowerPathway™ programs do not guarantee employment at PG&E nor the industry. Please stay actively engaged for updates and new programs. Communication is primarily through email.
Signature Program = Free and unpaid training led by PG&E instructors with hands-on training, augmented with classroom and pre-employment test preparation. Candidates are subject to pre-screening including: drug & criminal background check and physical assessment. Fill out a course interest form here.
Affinity Program = An existing community college or trade school curriculum, sponsored by PG&E PowerPathway™. Candidates may be required to enroll in the college or trade school and graduate to be considered a PowerPathway™ Affinity Program Graduate.
