Position Summary:
This position will be a coworker of the Performance Improvement team, and this role will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. This will be achieved by designing, coordinating, and overseeing improvement programs that align with strategic goals, using data-driven approaches and industry best practices to drive measurable results.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. Travel is required when business needs present themselves. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $140,000.
Bay Area Maximum: 238,000.

California Minimum: $133,000.
California Maximum: $226,000.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of Board of Directors meeting materials, ensuring alignment with established timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee externally facing engagements, including the planning and execution of impactful meetings that drive strategic objectives. Set expectations for supporting committees, track follow-up actions, and provide continuous oversight to ensure progress.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance the quality and timeliness of key deliverables.
- Support safety data trending initiatives, ensuring critical insights are clearly communicated and that appropriate actions are taken to address and mitigate safety risks.
- Monitor EH&S headcount and requisition progress, ensuring consistent alignment with approved staffing targets.
- Assist the Chief Safety Officer and Chief of Staff in delivering essential outputs for internal operations, enterprise-level initiatives, and external stakeholders.
- Support annual planning efforts, tracking and reviewing action plans to ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes that meet organizational commitments.
- Review EH&S communications and materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with messaging objectives for the intended audience.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
•Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
•10 years of related experience or equivalent
•Travel required
