Training covers courses such as underground work procedures, overhead line equipment, grounding, rubber gloving, and driving. Temporary housing and support for eligible family members are available during training.

PG&E offers a robust benefits package to support your health, family, and future. That includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus retirement plans like a 401(k) with company match and a cash balance pension.

We go beyond the basics with resources for physical and mental wellness, paid time off, flexible support for personal needs, and programs like tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, volunteer opportunities, and career development tools.
